 <description>&lt;p&gt;I&#039;m very excited to be launching a new and improved version of the &lt;strong&gt;Cooking with Rockstars&lt;/strong&gt; web site. It&#039;s been a long time in the making. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The most significant improvement is that the videos are bigger and better. When I first started this project back in 2002, there wasn&#039;t much going on in the world of Web video. Given technology and bandwidth constraints, about the best you could do was embed postage-stamp videos compressed within an inch of their lives. But no more!&lt;/p&gt;
